Cont . . .An Overview of the Last 6 Months

Two Months Old

In his new church clothes.

Isaiah's Baby Blessing: 2 Month's Old

This was a rough day for Isaiah. He had a tummy ache all day and wasn't very happy. He was quiet and happy during the actual baby blessing and that was about it.

April 2010

~Isaiah at 3 Months~
This photo was taken at Grandma Bettie's on Easter

This isn't a happy photo...but I think he looks so cute when he's mad!

Bay and Walt's Wedding

Tommy's mom got married in early April. She was a BEAUTIFUL bride!!

Cutting the cake!!!

~Isaiah at 4 Month's Old~

He was drinking milk like it had gone outta style so we tried giving him rice cereal to hold him over for longer...but he couldn't quite get the idea of opening his mouth around the spoon. So we waited another month before introducing solids.

Kira's Graduation! I finished classes in December of 2009, but walked in April. It's so nice to FINALLY be done. It was a long road, but totally worth it. My degree was in Business Management.

Tommy's "unofficial" Graduation. He still has one more semester in the fall and 18 more credits, but he was able to walk a little early. He is studying Finance at BYU.

June 2010

Spending the Summer in California...
Tommy has an internship in California. Even though he has a tough work schedule from 4:45AM to 7:30PM or Later, we have tried to make our weekends full of adventure. We play all day Saturdays and Sundays are spent at church and catching up on sleep.

Tommy visited with his brother, Rick Jackson, while moving our things to California.
Tommy flew out to New York for a week-long training at Goldman Sachs. We are spending the summer in Los Angeles for an internship with GS in private wealth management.

Arriving in Los Angeles and getting settled in. I'm putting away groceries while Isaiah keeps me company and daddy becomes more familiar with the camera.

Santa Monica Pier

We came for a stroll one Saturday to 3rd Street Promenade and the Pier. There were rollercoaster rides and places to eat and take pictures. A perfect place to go on a sunny day.

Hollywood Boulevard

Ya can't come to California without visiting the tourist hot spots! We were a little disappointed though. The streets were crowded with people, the boulevard was extremely dirty and there wasn't much to do. But at least we can say we've been here!

Underwood Family Farms

We came here on the 4rth of July. We picked our own fruit and vegetables and played on the toys for the kids.

~Isaiah at 6 1/2 months~

Isaiah is sitting up, rolling all over the place, scooting around in circles on his tummy! He is a very active little boy, and has lots of giggles and smiles to go around.

Daddy playing with "Pike" in his Pack'n'play

We finally bought him an exersaucer, and he LOVES it
