Thought I'd post some pictures of us in Miami
....just to prove we really live here. :-)
Tommy is enjoying golf. He has time to practice on the weekends, so here he is at a golf course on Key Biscayne - a fancy little island with expensive resaurants and high profile golf. We like to pretend we have enough money to play a round of golf...but really, we just hit balls at the driving range.
...and when I say 'we', I mean Tommy.
See his form. Looking pretty good, eh.
This is a view from the bridge we cross from D-town Miami to Miami Beach. The little island off to the right is a called Fisher Island. Some guy bought the entire island and the only way to get out there is by ferry or boat. They say it's an expensive place to live and residents had the highest per capital income in the U.S. At least I think that's what Tommy said... Off to the left are some high rise condos on South Beach and a couple of Yachts.
Here we are on a "cold" day at the beach. Our ward had a beach party, but the wind made it too cold for swimming. So instead, we played bochie ball...a new game we were introduced to where you throw balls towards a yellow one and see which team can get the most balls closest to the little yellow one.

looks like you are having so much fun in Miami...as I sit here in front of a space heater, I am jealous of your weather! Keep posting all your adventures and have fun there!
