Gator Park

Tommy and I went to Gator Park today! We went on an airboat ride through a swamp and saw all sorts of alligators, snakes, birds, turtles, and fishies. It was a blast. We thought it was going to be super lame, but it was actually really interesting and enjoyable.

They had a show after the boatride and we got to hold a 3 year old alligator.
Isn't he cute?

He was so slimey.

This tour guy was nuts! He was sticking his hands inside the gator's mouth. The gator - Norman - wouldn't snap his jaw down unless the tour guide touched somewhere inside the mouth. He got behind him and drug Norman by the tail, and Norman would HISSSSSSSS....
Apparently gators can't see behind or to the side of them.

Look how cute this gator is. This is a 7-month old gator. He is adorable.

This is what the Airboats looked like. They look like home-made boats, with huge fans in the back to make them go fast.

Look how gorgeous this is. The lily pads were everywhere...

Smile Kira.

We took a fast ride into the swampy areas. There was NOTHING out there but sawgrass, mud, water, lily pads...and more mud!!!

Here are the other people on the boat being entertained by the tour guide.

And here we are...happy as can be.
If you look closely, you can see a gator peeking through the grass.
Little sneaky buggers.

Here is another gator under the water just chillaxin.
That's the end of our Gator Tour.
Tune in next time for Tommy and Kira's Great Advendures II
